What is the registration cancellation and substitution policy?

Please refer to the SAP Concur Fusion 2020 Registration Policies.

How do I apply the group discount for registration?

We are offering a “Buy 3, Get 1 free” group discount package. If you are interested in this discount, choose one attendee to select the group discount option during the registration process. This attendee will be the package owner. Please note: the package owner will be asked to pay for the three (3) registrations in full in order to proceed. We accept one (1) form of payment: credit card. We does not accept purchase orders as a form of payment. There are no exceptions. Once we receive full payment, we will provide the lead registrant with a group discount package invitation console link in the registration confirmation e-mail. Each invitation console permits a maximum of four (4) registration entries and includes the lead. Each registrant must complete their own registration. All attendees must be employed by the same company and have the same email domain. View the group discount details.

How do I switch from an individual registration to a group rate registration?

You may switch to the group rate by emailing with your request. A $150 service fee will be charged for switching from an individual registration to a group registration later.

How do I make changes to my hotel reservation or cancel my room?

All reservations changes and cancellations can be made using the Fusion housing website, calling +1 833-638-6497, or emailing If you just want to modify information or switch hotels, you do not need to cancel your hotel reservations. Should you request any modifications to/or cancellation of this reservation via phone or email, you will be required to verify the first and last name, email address, Passkey acknowledgement number and last four digits of the credit card listed on the reservation before your request will be processed. Beginning February 17th, 2020, all reservation changes can be made by contacting the hotel directly.

Will I be charged a deposit for my hotel reservation?

All reservations require a deposit of one night's room and tax, which may be charged to your credit card as early as February 17, 2020. Cancellations must be made at least three (3) business days prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax. The room rates negotiated for SAP Concur may include a rebate for housing.

Will continuing education credits be available to attendees?

Unfortunately, continuing education credits will not be offered at this time.

What meals are provided at the conference?

Tuesday: Breakfast; lunch; heavy appetizers / drinks (at the Welcome Reception)
Wednesday: Breakfast; lunch; heavy appetizers / drinks (at the Happy Hour)
Thursday: Breakfast; lunch; dinner (Final Night Party)
Meals are not provided on Monday (pre-conference day)

What is the recommended attire for the conference?

Business casual attire is suggested for all conference functions, with the exception of Thursday evening’s Final Night Party, which is casual.
