What are the registration terms & conditions and cancellation policy?

Please refer to the SAP Concur Fusion 2022 In-Person Experience Registrant Terms and Conditions.

A US $50 service charge applies to all Full Conference registration cancellations. If SAP Concur receives your cancellation notice by Friday, February 18 at 5:00 p.m. ET, you will be issued a full refund of your registration fee (minus the $50 service charge) via the original payment method. A registrant must provide the registration confirmation number and submit a written cancellation request via e-mail to concurfusion@sapevents.com. SAP Concur will not accept a cancellation request over the telephone.

If SAP Concur receives your cancellation notice after Friday, February 18 at 5:00 p.m. ET, you will not be eligible for a refund. Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund.

If, due to COVID-19, government policies restrict your travel to the United States, SAP Concur will issue you a full refund of your registration fees (minus the $50 service charge) via the original payment method until March 7, 2022.

What health and safety measures are being taken to ensure attendees stay safe? What are the health requirements to attend?

If I register for the In-Person Experience, am I automatically registered for the Virtual Experience too?

Yes, your registration for the In-Person experience automatically includes access to the Virtual Experience (and the virtual on-demand content) too.

Is there a group discount for registration? How do I apply it?

We are offering a special group discount (buy 3, get 1 free). Read about the details in the group discount policy. If you are interested in taking advantage of this discount, select the “Buy 3 get 1 free group discount” option during the registration process. Please note: you will be asked to pay for the three registrations in full in order to proceed. Once you have completed your registration, you will be sent further instructions in your confirmation email on how to register the remaining three registrants to fulfill your discount. I already registered as an individual but would like to change to the buy-3-get-1-free group rate. How do I do that?

You may switch to the group rate by emailing concurfusion@sapevents.com with your request. Note: A $50 service fee will be charged for each individual for switching from an individual registration to a group registration later

How do I make changes to my hotel reservation or cancel my room?

If you made a hotel reservation during registration, you will receive a hotel email confirmation. Please keep your hotel confirmation email for future reference. To make changes to an existing reservation, please click the link within your hotel email confirmation or call (800) 399-7629. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax. SAP is not responsible for any hotel no-show penalty.

Will I be charged a deposit for my hotel reservation?

All reservations require a credit card at the time of booking, although a deposit is not collected. Cancellations must be made at least three (3) business days prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax. This will be disclosed when making your hotel reservation.

When will session details be available?

A detailed session catalog will be available on the website in early December 2021. More information is coming soon.

How do I become a customer or partner speaker?

We are looking for customers and partners to share unique use cases, best practices, and lessons learned with peers at SAP Concur Fusion 2022 (In-Person experience in Orlando). If you have a compelling story to share, complete this form by January 7 to be considered for a speaking opportunity.

Will sessions be recorded at the In-Person experience?

Unfortunately, sessions presented onsite at the In-Person experience will not be recorded. However, slide decks will be made available to attendees after the event concludes.

What is a consulting session and how do I sign up?

Consulting Sessions are opportunities to meet with an SAP Concur specialist to discuss questions about your existing system, specific to one topic (Expense, Invoice, Travel, or Reporting). SAP Concur customers can schedule two Consulting Sessions per organization on a first-come, first-served basis. Multiple people from your organization may attend an individual session together.

Attendees can sign up for a Consulting Session during the Fusion registration process and will receive an email closer to the event to sign up for a timeslot.

If you have any questions regarding consulting sessions or already registered and need to sign up for a session, please contact fusionconsultingsessions@sap.com.

NOTE: Consulting sessions do not occur during keynotes and meals. You will need to miss an education session to attend a consulting session.

Will continuing education credits be available to attendees?

We are currently working to offer CPE credits for select Fusion sessions. More information coming soon!

What meals are provided at the conference?

Tuesday, March 15: Breakfast; lunch; heavy appetizers and drinks (at the Welcome Reception)

Wednesday, March 16: Breakfast; lunch; heavy appetizers and drinks (at the Happy Hour)

Thursday, March 17: Breakfast; lunch; dinner (at the Final Night Party at Universal Studios)

**Meals are not provided on Monday, March 14 (pre-conference day)

What is the recommended attire for the conference?

Business casual attire is suggested for all conference functions, with the exception of the Final Night Party at Universal Studios (on March 17), which is casual attire.

Virtual Experience FAQs

Is the Virtual Experience free? What are the registration terms & conditions?

Yes, the Virtual Experience is offered at no cost to all attendees. If you have already registered for the In-Person Experience, you will automatically have access to the Virtual Experience (and the on-demand content) too. Please refer to the SAP Concur Fusion 2022 Virtual Experience Registrant Terms and Conditions.

When will session details be available?

A detailed agenda with session details will be available on the website in December 2021. Please check back!

What sessions will be virtually available from the In-Person experience?

Select sessions from each track of the In-Person Experience will be available virtually. More details will be shared on the website agenda in December 2021. The virtual experience will also feature "Ask the Experts" sessions so attendees can get answers directly from SAP Concur solutions consultants, as well as spotlight sessions featuring SAP Concur users discussing their journey.

How can I build my virtual experience agenda?

The agenda builder for the virtual experience will be available in early March 2022. Through the virtual experience agenda builder you can add selected sessions to your calendar directly.

I’m registered for the virtual experience. Can I still sign up for a complimentary consulting session?

Unfortunately, complimentary consulting sessions are only available for attendees registered for our In-Person experience in Orlando, FL. Virtual consulting sessions will not be available for this event.

How do I access the on demand content after the event? When does it expire?

Sessions will be available to watch on demand as soon as 30 minutes after the live session concludes on the same day. If you join the event later in the day, you will still be able to watch the sessions that launched earlier in the day (you won’t have to wait until the event concludes). All event registrants will receive an email after the event which includes a link to rewatch sessions. You will be directed back into the event virtual environment to explore at your own pace. Access to on demand content will expire on Friday, April 1, 2022.

What platform will be used for the virtual experience? Who should I contact if I have technical difficulties during the virtual experience?

The virtual experience is hosted on the ON24 platform. Please contact sapconcur_events@sap.com if you run into any technical difficulties.
