Registration

Yes, your registration for the in-person experience automatically includes access to the virtual experience and on-demand content.
Yes, you can use the link in your registration confirmation email to manage your order and upgrade your conference pass to the in-person experience.
We are offering a special group discount (buy four, get 25% off). Read about the details in the group discount policy. If you are interested in using this discount, select the “Group Package" option during the registration checkout process. Please note: you will be asked to pay for the three registrations in full in order to proceed. Once you have completed your registration, you will be sent further instructions in your confirmation email on how to register the remaining three registrants to fulfill your discount. No. The group discount policy maxes out at four. If you have more than four attendees coming to Fusion, additional attendees would register individually.
For example, if you have five, six, or seven people coming to Fusion, you would do one group package, plus the appropriate amount of individual registrations outside of the group. If you have eight attendees, you can create two separate groups.
Yes. Guests 21+ are welcome to accompany you to Celebration Night. You can indicate which networking events you will be bringing an additional guest to during registration. Additional guest fees are below:
- Welcome Reception: $100 USD
- Fusion Pavilion Happy Hour: $100 USD
- Celebration Night: $200 USD
Yes, use the link in your confirmation email to manage your registration record. Login with the same credentials you used to register and click Manage Your Order, then Add Package. All evening receptions and Celebration Night are 21+.
Your invoice attached to your confirmation email should include SAP bank details and instructions to complete payment. If it does not, please reach out to payments@sapevents.com for assistance and an updated invoice.
Lodging
Yes, we have contracted with 10 hotels in New Orleans. The hotel booking link is shared in your registration confirmation email.
If you made a hotel reservation during registration, you will receive a hotel email confirmation. Please keep your hotel confirmation email for future reference.
To make changes to an existing reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and taxes. SAP is not responsible for any hotel no-show penalty. Please contact concurfusionhousing@conferencedirect.com with any questions about your hotel booking.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee each reservation. The hotel will charge a deposit of one night's room and tax to your credit card on or after February 23, 2026. The remaining nights of your reservation will be charged to your credit card upon check out. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeiting the deposit of one night's room and tax.
Round-trip shuttles will be available during conference hours Monday, March 16 - Thursday, March 19 from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New Orleans, JW Marriott New Orleans, New Orleans Marriott, Sheraton New Orleans Hotel to the New Orleans Convention Center. More details will be shared closer to the event in the mobile app.
Transportation will also be available to and from Celebration Night on Thursday, March 19 for hotels outside of walking distance from House of Blues. More details will be shared closer to the event in the mobile app.
Sessions and presentations
An opportunity to meet with an SAP Concur expert in travel, expense, invoice, reporting, or technical integrations to discuss your program's configuration and business objectives. Customers attending SAP Concur Fusion in New Orleans are eligible to schedule one of these 45-minute sessions. Steps to sign up and topics are available here.
Note: only one consulting session can be scheduled per attendee. If you would like to attend more than one, your colleague is welcome to schedule a session for you to join.

Yes, links to download the session presentations will be emailed to all attendees after the event concludes.

*Meals are not provided on Monday, March 16 (pre-conference day)
Business casual attire is suggested for all conference activities, with the exception of Celebration Night on the evening of March 19, which is casual attire.
Virtual Experience FAQs
Yes, the virtual event is offered at no cost to all attendees. If you have already registered for the in-person experience, you will automatically have access to the virtual experience (and the on-demand content) too.
Unfortunately, complimentary consulting sessions are only available for attendees registered for our in-person Fusion experience in New Orleans.
You will receive a link to access the virtual experience in your registration confirmation email. Additional communication will also be sent closer to March 19, 2026. If you've registered for the in-person event in New Orleans, you will receive instructions to access the full on-demand experience following the event.

Yes. If you login to your registration record, you can click Buy a Full Conference Pass to upgrade your registration type. Login to your registration record here or through the link in your confirmation email.
