Daron Roberts – Best Selling Author and Former NFL Coach

Daron K. Roberts is a former NFL coach and author of Call an Audible and A Kids Book About Empathy. Call an Audible was named a #1 New Release and Best Seller by Amazon. Sports Illustrated selected the book as one of its “Best Sports Business Books of 2017.” A Kids Book About Empathy was featured on Oprah’s Favorite Things list.

Roberts served as founding director of the Center for Sports Leadership and Innovation (CSLi) at the University of Texas. He created CSLi in the fall of 2014. The Center was the first university-based institute dedicated to developing leadership and character curricula for high school, collegiate and professional athletes.
 
Daron has moderated discussions with Mia Hamm, Lance Armstrong, Shaun White, Aly Raisman, Kevin Durant and Brené Brown. Roberts is also a lecturer in the Liberal Arts Honors Program, and his research focuses on issues of resilience, rejection, failure management and leadership.
 
After graduating from Harvard Law School (2007), Roberts served coaching stints with the Kansas City Chiefs, Detroit Lions, West Virginia Mountaineers and Cleveland Browns. He holds a B.A. in Plan II Honors and Government from the University of Texas (2001) and an M.P.P. from Harvard’s Kennedy School (2004). In 2010, he launched a nonprofit football camp – 4th and 1, Inc. 4th and 1 has provided free SAT prep, life skills development and football training to over 500 at-risk youth in Michigan, Texas and Florida.

The Presidential Leadership Foundation – a joint venture between Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush – tabbed Roberts as a Presidential Leadership Scholar in the inaugural class.

Roberts has been featured in ESPN the Magazine, Bloomberg Businessweek and Sports Illustrated and is a contributor to Forbes.com. His op-eds have appeared in Fortune, CNN and Time. Roberts serves on the SXSW Sports Advisory Commission and Coca-Cola Foundation Board.

He and his wife have five children and reside in Austin, TX

Ryan brings a strong commitment to innovation, customer success, and enabling finance teams to make smarter, faster decisions.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and operating a 200 acre hazelnut farm with his family.
 

Etosha Thurman – Chief Marketing Officer, SAP Finance and Spend Management

Etosha Thurman is the Chief Marketing Officer for Finance and Spend Management at SAP. Her responsibilities include strengthening the go-to-market approach and driving product marketing across SAP’s portfolio of finance, procurement, external workforce, and travel and expense management solutions. In this role, Etosha is charged with identifying market opportunities for products, cultivating a deep understanding of customer needs, defining value propositions, driving differentiated messaging, and crafting relevant and effective content.

Previously, she was Head of Sales and Client Engagement with Capital One, where she led the Treasury Management sales team through transformational change with a focus on delivering an engaging and impactful customer experience. Etosha was originally with SAP from 2010 to 2019 in a variety of customer-facing and cloud roles with SAP and SAP Ariba. 

Etosha is a two-time Silver Stevie Award Winner in the Female Executive of the Year – Business Services category and was named in Procurement Magazine’s Top 100 Women in Procurement listing. Additionally, she was recognized in both Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s Women in Supply Chain and Pros to Know listings. 

With experience in software as a service, cloud commerce, financial services, customer success management and global materials procurement, Etosha is a collaborative, results-oriented client executive and strategic leader. She is a graduate of Florida A&M University and the University of Cincinnati and is a member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Etosha resides with her family in the metro Atlanta area.   

Jen Moyse – VP and Head of UX Design & User Assistance, SAP Concur

As the head of user experience design and user assistance for SAP Concur, Jen spends her days thinking about how to solve problems and reduce stress for busy people and the administrators who support them. A passionate advocate for the needs of the end user, Jen brought more than 15 years of experience creating consumer and small business products to SAP when she joined in 2012. She then played a key role in establishing TripIt as the world’s highest-rated travel-organizing app. An avid traveler herself, Jen hopes her enthusiasm for experiencing new places and foods will rub off on her eight-year-old son, Tristan, who has already visited half a dozen countries and holds strong opinions on pizza.

Chris Juneau - SVP, SAP Concur Product Marketing

As the Head of Product Marketing at SAP Concur, Christopher Juneau is responsible for setting and driving the growth strategy for SAP Concur worldwide. With more than 20 years of experience in the travel, expense, and invoice payment industry, he has extensive global business strategy, operations and marketing expertise. Mr. Juneau played a lead role in shaping SAP Concur’s growth from a $30M to a multi-billion-dollar annual revenue company in various roles. He has significant international experience having opened several markets in Asia-Pacific and Europe. 
 
He has served on numerous boards including the Global Business Travel Associations and has spoken at numerous conferences around the world where he evangelized end-to-end travel & expense. He resides in Phoenix, AZ when not traveling internationally or meeting with customers and his team. He received his Master’s in Business Administration degree from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Fred Fredericks - General Manager and Chief Product Officer, SAP Concur

Fred Fredericks is General Manager and Chief Product Officer for SAP Concur. Fred has been with SAP for 20+ years joining as part of Concur and holding a variety of leadership roles during his tenure. Fred has previously led our Reliability Engineering team and spent over 2 years in Services leading Support process transformations and Implementing the US Department of Defense.  Prior to that, Fred led Product and Engineering for our ConcurGov product and for Concur Travel.
