Roadmap Update for SAP Concur Solutions

Brian Hace is Head of Travel Products and TMC Services, within SAP Concur. Brian has been in the travel industry for almost 20 years. During this time, he has held various leadership roles in product management, strategy and marketing, working to simplify an industry that tends to be overly complicated. Brian joined SAP Concur in 2013 and focused on outlining the TMC product strategy, integrating TMCs more tightly across SAP Concur products, and developing TMC’s support for TripLink. Prior to joining SAP Concur, Brian held a number of positions at Carlson Wagonlit Travel supporting Strategy, Marketing and Products. Brian has a Mechanical Engineering degree from NDSU and an MBA from the University of St Thomas.

Hendrik Vordenbaeumen is Vice President, Product Strategy and CPO of the SAP T&E legacy product. Joining SAP in 2001, Hendrik was initially responsible for travel management in SAP ERP, then in 2006 he undertook the complete product management of the SAP ERP HCM area, including travel management and the SAP ERP FIN area. Hendrik transitioned to the SAP Concur team in 2015, and has held leadership positions managing Concur Expense since joining. He currently leads the product strategy team responsible for all SAP Concur cross-product and Concur platform projects, as well as globalization and regional priorities and public sector initiatives. Overall, Hendrik has worked with SAP products and processes for 34 years, and been active in the business travel management area for more than 24 years. Hendrik is also an active member of the GBTA, and a certified accountant with a degree in Computer Science.
