Mat leads operations and integration for the Boeing Confident Travel Initiative. He has more than 16 years of experience in aerospace having been with Boeing since 2005. Mat has held multiple assignments at Boeing including roles in Product and Services Safety, Commercial Airplanes, facilities, and finance. In 2020, Mat joined the newly launched Confident Travel Initiate, leading integration of strategies and plans in an effort to restore confidence in air travel, and provide a safe flying experience. In his spare time, Mat enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Lindsey Jalil serves as Managing Director, Health Strategy, at Delta Air Lines, where she leads a team responsible for integrating health initiatives across the enterprise. Recently, chief among those initiatives has been ensuring the safety and well-being of Delta people and customers worldwide amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Lindsey has overseen the implementation of Delta’s COVID-19 vaccination and testing program for all employees over the last year adding another layer of protection to the many new measures the airline has launched in 2020 to keep both employees and customers healthy and safe onboard. Lindsey serves on Delta’s Advisory Board to address COVID mitigation measures, partnering closely with Mayo Clinic and internal teams to assess effective mitigation plans. Prior to her current role, Lindsey was Managing Director of Operations Planning, where she oversaw implementation of large-scale continuous improvement projects. Lindsey joined Delta in 2005. Earlier in her career, she was part of the airline’s Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP) team. There, Lindsey implemented data management systems and supported Delta's operating divisions with insights and tools to sustain Delta's industry-leading position in operational performance.

Laura Smith has served as Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience since December 2020. Laura has more than 20 years of expertise in the travel industry and customer experience. She joined Hertz in 2002 in Dublin, Ireland where she held various leadership roles at the company’s international customer contact center. In 2013, she relocated to the United States to lead Hertz’s Customer Care team and contact center in North America. In 2019, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, overseeing the company’s global Customer Care and Customer Experience organization and in June 2020, Laura was named Executive Vice President, Marketing and Customer Experience.
