Customer Spotlight: Dover Corporation

Kristina Fouts is a Global Sourcing Manager at Dover Corporation. In addition to her sourcing responsibilities, Kristina is also the Global Travel Manager for Dover. She manages a global program that includes over 12,000 travelers in 26 countries across 135 business units; Dover’s travel is not fully recovered but in 2019 was $20MM in air spend. In the last 2 years Kristina has co-lead the global re-implementation of Dover’s T&E program which included implementing a global policy, a single instance of Concur, as well as a new TMC and card program putting Dover in a position to better leverage their travel spend and provide Duty of Care to its travelers. Kristina enjoys streamlining processes and building relationships with suppliers to ensure the best traveler experience for her organization. Outside of work, she likes to travel to visit friends and family, host dinner parties and spend time hiking.
