Etosha Thurman is the Chief Marketing & Solutions Officer for SAP Intelligent Spend and Business Network. In her role, Etosha is charged with strengthening the company’s go-to-market approach and driving product marketing and solution management across SAP’s intelligent spend solutions and the SAP Business Network.
Previously, she was Head of Sales and Client Engagement with Capital One, where she led the Treasury Management sales team through transformational change with a focus on delivering an engaging and impactful customer experience. Etosha was originally with SAP from 2010 to 2019 in a variety of customer-facing and cloud roles with SAP and SAP Ariba.
Etosha is a two-time Silver Stevie Award Winner in the Female Executive of the Year – Business Services category and was ranked #12 in Procurement Magazine’s Top 100 Women in Procurement listing. Additionally, she was recognized in both Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s 2023 Women in Supply Chain and Pros to Know listings.
With experience in software as a service, cloud commerce, financial services, customer success management and global materials procurement, Etosha is a collaborative, results-oriented client executive and strategic leader. She is a graduate of Florida A&M University and the University of Cincinnati and is a member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Etosha resides with her family in the metro Atlanta area.
As the Chief Revenue Officer for SAP Concur, Peter Graulich is responsible for building and leading a world-class team and driving the growth of the business on a global scale. Since joining SAP in 2016, he has held both sales and presales management roles in SAP’s Platform & Technology Business, served as the COO of Intelligent Spend Management in the Region Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE), and was appointed SVP and General Manager of Intelligent Spend Management in the EMEA North region in 2020. In February that same year, Peter completed the SAP Master’s program, earning a Master of Science in Leading Sales Transformation from Middlesex University.
Prior to joining SAP, Peter had the privilege throughout his career to work with highly talented people across enterprise software companies, including IBM and CA Technologies (acquired by Broadcom). Those experiences, together with his journey with SAP, have helped him develop into a passionate and highly effective organizational leader, with a demonstrated commitment to the success of customers and colleagues by prioritizing operational excellence.
Outside of the office, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters. You can often find him skiing in the winter months, and he is also a car enthusiast.
Kacey is the Global Business Head and General Manager of SAP Concur’s SMB business. In this role she leads the organization responsible for SAP Concur’s mid-market, end-to-end customer value journey, including: sales, service delivery and customer success. She has been at SAP Concur for 9 years holding a variety of roles across Product & Engineering, Marketing & Solutions, and Strategy. Prior to joining SAP Concur she spent over 10 years in the travel industry helping customers of all sizes in all markets advance their managed travel programs. She resides in Denver, CO and enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with nature.
Fred Fredericks is SVP, Chief Product Officer and Head of Engineering for SAP Concur. Fred has been with SAP for 20+ years joining as part of Concur and holding a variety of leadership roles during his tenure. Fred has previously led our Reliability Engineering team and spent over 2 years in Services leading Support process transformations and Implementing the US Department of Defense. Prior to that, Fred led Product and Engineering for our ConcurGov product and for Concur Travel.
As the head of user experience design and user assistance for SAP Concur, Jen spends her days thinking about how to solve problems and reduce stress for busy people and the administrators who support them. A passionate advocate for the needs of the end user, Jen brought more than 15 years of experience creating consumer and small business products to SAP when she joined in 2012. She then played a key role in establishing TripIt as the world’s highest-rated travel-organizing app. An avid traveler herself, Jen hopes her enthusiasm for experiencing new places and foods will rub off on her seven-year-old son, Tristan, who has already visited half a dozen countries and holds strong opinions on pizza.
Tim Lebel is a veteran software executive with an extensive background in both enterprise and consumer software solutions. As the VP and Head of Product for SAP Concur Spend solutions, he oversees the product teams leading Concur Expense, Concur Request, Budget, Pay solutions, and the Audit portfolio. Since joining SAP in 2019, he has focused on building a team and fostering a culture that encourages product teams to be disciplined and rigorous around discovery and ideation of software design. With 40 years of experience in Product & Engineering leadership positions within the software industry, Tim’s passion lies in creating great products that customers desire using the latest technological and organizational tools and techniques. He currently resides in Redmond, Washington with his wife and, in his free time, enjoys kayaking and paddle boarding in the great outdoors.
As Vice President & Head of Customer Success for Asia Pacific, Sascha van der Zijden is responsible for the existing SAP Concur client base across the APAC region and prioritizes usage, adoption and value consumption for customers. Sascha was the first CSP in Southeast Asia and heavily influential for designing global strategies prioritizing client adoption across the Client Success organization. Until his most recent appointment Sascha built & led the Adoption Center of Excellence. In that role, Sascha successfully led his team to stabilize at-risk accounts and transform insights into actionable outcomes aligned to customer objectives.
Dorian Stonie is Sr Director, Global Travel at Salesforce, the cloud computing software company. He's an industry veteran who's leveraged technology and innovative processes to streamline global travel operations across 35+ countries. Dorian was the awarded Travel Manager of the Year in 2016, BTN 25 Top Influential People and holds many domestic and international awards. Dorian has been active in the industry for over 35 years, working for such companies as VeriFone and Hewlett Packard. He resides in Silicon Valley, California and thrives on the challenges of "Change" in the Travel Industry.
Tara Schatz is the Accounting Coordinator at Explorer Pipeline, overseeing the company's credit card program and SAP Concur initiatives. With a wealth of financial administration experience, Tara is dedicated to training, maintaining, and auditing all company credit card expenses, ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Tara's forward-thinking approach and adaptability to evolving financial technologies has positioned Explorer Pipeline to stay ahead in an ever-changing business landscape.
Ryan Leak is an author, executive coach, and motivational speaker who gets to inspire over 50,000 people every single month.
