Will I have opportunities to meet one-on-one with an SAP Concur expert?

Yes, our SAP Concur experts will be ready to meet and talk to you throughout the event at the SAP Concur Expert Centre (formerly known as the SAP Concur Booth). Drop by to get your questions answered, see product demos, network with our experts, and more!

Is there a discounted hotel block for event attendees?

Yes, we have partnered the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London to offer a 10% discounted nightly rate for event attendees for a one-night stay (check in 15th May 2024 and check-out 16th May 2024). Can I request a visa invitation letter?

Yes, please email sapconcur_events@sap.com to request a visa invitation letter.

How do I become a customer or partner speaker?

If you, or someone you know, would like to be considered to speak at the event, please submit the speaker nomination form by 5th April. Speakers will be notified of a decision by end of April.

What is the attire for the event?

Business casual attire is suggested for the conference.

What are health and safety precautions for the event?

SAP Concur is committed to the health and safety of all those invited to participate in the event. At this time, Fusion Exchange attendees are not required to show proof of vaccination or wear a face mask while onsite. Revisions of this information may be made to align with updated guidance from the local government.

Will the event content be livestreamed?

The Fusion Exchange EMEA event will not be livestreamed. However, we are hosting an entirely virtual Fusion Exchange event in August 2024. More information to come.
