Yes! The event is completely free for all attendees. However, spaces are limited, so please ensure you register in advance to secure your spot. You will receive a confirmation email after registering. 

Fusion Exchange Amsterdam will take place at the iconic Eye Filmmuseum.

Located on the northern side of the IJ river, the Eye Filmmuseum is one of Amsterdam’s most distinctive cultural venues and offers spectacular views over the city and Amsterdam Central Station.

Absolutely. Connecting people is at the heart of Fusion Exchange. The day is designed with several refreshment breaks and dedicated networking moments to help you connect with peers, SAP Concur experts, and industry leaders.

Fusion Exchange Amsterdam takes place at the iconic Eye Filmmuseum, located directly across the river IJ from Amsterdam Central Station. 

Getting to the venue is quick and easy: 

· 10 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station 

· 30–35 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport 

· 3-minute ferry ride across the IJ 

· 3-minute walk from the ferry to the venue 

The free Buiksloterweg ferry runs every few minutes and operates 24 hours a day. 

If you are travelling by car, parking is available nearby.

The parking garage is located approximately 3 minutes walking distance from the Eye Filmmuseum. 

Important: SAP Concur will cover the cost of parking for event attendees. Please bring your parking ticket with you so it can be validated during the event. 

Yes. The Eye Filmmuseum is fully wheelchair accessible and equipped with lifts and step-free access throughout the building.
