Transportation to McCormick Place

Concur will provide shuttle bus transportation from the conference hotels to McCormick Place throughout the conference during peak times in the morning and afternoon. If you need to go back to the Hilton or Palmer House during the day you can catch a taxi, Lyft or Uber. A full schedule will be posted in the app as we get closer to the conference.

Getting to Chicago

Chicago offers two airport choices-

Midway International Airport
9.5 miles to McCormick Place West
11 miles to downtown hotels

O’Hare International Airport
19.5 miles to McCormick Place West
17.5 miles to downtown hotels

International travel

Clients traveling from outside the U.S. can request a visa invitation letter for assistance in attending Fusion 2017. Remember, you must register for the conference prior to requesting a visa invitation letter. Please send an email to Fusion Event Support and provide the following information:

  • First and last name as listed on passport.
  • Full name as listed on registration.
  • Passport number and expiration date.
  • Date of birth and country of origin.
  • Full address and FAX number of your local United Stated embassy/consulate.
