Mr. Eberhard joined SAP Concur in 2003 and was named President of the company in November 2016. In his role, Mr. Eberhard is responsible for setting the vision and executing against the operating plan for SAP Concur. Mr. Eberhard has more than 25 years of global sales and executive management experience in high-tech and has been instrumental in developing the vision for SAP Concur in business travel since 2006. As CMO and a member of the executive leadership team for SAP Concur, Ms. Albrecht leads multi-national marketing teams responsible for product marketing, digital, brand, communications, audience marketing, demand generation, and events. Kim has a long history with SAP Concur, recently rejoining in August 2018 as vice president of global marketing centers of excellence and interim CMO, before becoming CMO in October 2018. From 2008 to 2013, Kim served as Concur’s vice president of corporate marketing. Prior to rejoining SAP Concur, Kim was vice president corporate marketing for Nintex and vice president at Silver Fox Productions. Kim has also worked for Microsoft and Great Plains where she held director-level marketing, communications, and events positions.

Jim was appointed Chief Revenue Officer, North America, in January 2017, while maintaining previous responsibilities as Chief Services Officer. In his role as Chief Revenue Officer, Jim is responsible for leading Enterprise and SMN markets in the United States and Canada and Global Operations for the SAP Concur Distribution organization. As Chief Services Officer, Jim oversees the Services, Support and Customer Experience teams, who are focused on securing trust and advocacy with SAP Concur customers. Jim’s journey with SAP Concur began in 2008 as SVP, and in 2011 he became General Manager for the Federal Government Business Unit. Jim’s previous industry experience included senior leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Xign, Etensity and Gnossos Software.

Mike Koetting is SAP Concur’s EVP of Supplier and TMC services. Based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Mike joined Concur in 2010 and is responsible for the travel supplier, GDS and TMC relationships of SAP Concur. Prior to joining SAP Concur Mike held a variety of senior positions at Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Maritz Corporate Travel. Mike is based in Eden Prairie, MN and is an altruistic kidney donor.

Before that, he served in a variety of Corporate Finance leadership roles supporting the HR and Executive Flight Operations organizations. Adam joined Boeing in 2000 with Boeing Defense, Space & Security. He holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Washington University in St. Louis, a master's degree in aviation safety management from St. Louis University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
