SAP is committed to the health and safety of its employees, customers and other invitees. To facilitate this effort, SAP is collaborating with the site host, vendors and other partners to ensure appropriate safety protocols are in place consistent with applicable local law and guidance. As a condition of participation at this event, all attendees, sponsors, and others are expected to comply with all health and safety direction, signage or other guidance provided by SAP and/or its host or other partner(s) as well as to demonstrate individual personal responsibility regarding their own health. By working together and exhibiting respect for one another, we can all facilitate our collective safety.

Revisions of this information may be made to align with updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), federal, state, or local government.


COVID-19 Vaccinations and Negative Testing

All attendees of SAP Concur Fusion must provide certified proof of:

  • Full vaccination against COVID-19
  • or

  • A negative COVID-19 test result recorded within 72 hours prior to arriving at the event

Upon onsite check-in, proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test will be required to receive your conference badge. Additional information will be shared prior to the event on how to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test. Please note the name on your vaccination record must match your government issued ID.

Vaccination Specification: Fully vaccinated is defined as 14 days after a second dose in a 2-dose series, or a single-dose of an approved vaccine. Acceptable vaccines include: Pfizer (2-doses), Moderna (2-doses), AstraZeneca (2-doses) or Johnson and Johnson Jansen (single-dose).

Negative COVID-19 Test Result Specification: A negative COVID-19 test result must be recorded within 72 hours prior to arriving at the event. Negative test result must be a certified nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT). Examples of available acceptable COVID-19 tests include: reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP), transcription-mediated amplification (TMA), nicking enzyme amplification reaction (NEAR), and helicase-dependent amplification (HDA).


Face Masks

Face masks must be worn at all times by SAP Concur Fusion attendees. Acceptable face masks include: KN95, surgical masks, FFP2, and cloth masks (defined as two or more layers of washable, breathable fabric which completely cover your nose and mouth and fit snugly against the sides of the face).

Attendees may either provide their own face mask that complies with this guidance, or use a face mask provided by SAP Concur. Face shields, bandannas, and masks with ventilation will not be acceptable.


FAQs

Is vaccination against COVID-19 required for SAP Concur Fusion attendees?

Vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of a negative COVID-19 test result is required to participate in the event. Additional information will be shared prior to the event on how to provide proof of vaccination. Please note the name on your vaccination record must match your government issued ID.


Can I attend with proof of a negative COVID-19 test instead of proof of vaccination against COVID-19?

Certified proof of a negative COVID-19 test result from a test taken within 72 hours prior to arriving onsite at the event will be an acceptable alternative to vaccination. Additional information will be shared prior to the event on how to provide proof of vaccination. Please note the name on your vaccination record must match your government issued ID.


If I am not vaccinated or cannot provide proof of a negative test, how can I access SAP Concur Fusion content?

You can still access the event content virtually by registering for the virtual experience.


What types of negative COVID-19 tests are acceptable to attend SAP Concur Fusion?

If I am providing proof of vaccination, what date do I need to be vaccinated by to participate in SAP Concur Fusion?

Fully vaccinated is defined as a minimum of 14 days following a second dose of an approved vaccine in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca vaccines, or a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine. If you plan to check in on the first day of SAP Concur Fusion badge pick-up, you would need to receive your second dose in a 2-dose series, or single-dose vaccine, no later than February 28, 2022.


If I am providing proof of vaccination, will I need to provide proof of a COVID-19 booster shot to attend?

No. Fully vaccinated is currently defined as 14 days after a second dose of an approved vaccine in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca vaccines, or a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine. This definition may change in the period between now and the event and we will update event attendees accordingly.


If I am providing proof of a negative COVID-19 test, when do I need to take the test to participate in SAP Concur Fusion?

A negative COVID-19 test result recorded within 72 hours prior to arriving at the event.


If I am vaccinated against COVID-19 or providing proof of a negative COVID-19 test, do I still need to wear a face mask during the conference?

No. If you are vaccinated against COVID-19 you do not require supplementary proof of a negative test.


Will I be required to maintain 6-foot (2 meter) social distancing from other attendees at SAP Concur Fusion?

No. While there is no requirement to social distance, attendees are encouraged to exercise caution. Upon arrival at the conference, you can also self-select an identifier that will help communicate to other attendees what your level of comfort is regarding in-person interaction.


Will you accept an official record of a COVID-19 vaccine that is authorized or approved by other countries, but is not U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) approved or emergency use authorized (EUA)?

Yes. We will accept an official record of COVID-19 vaccinations authorized or approved by the World Health Organization in alignment with US travel restrictions for non-US visitors.


What is required if I am attending SAP Concur Fusion from a country outside of the United States?

Please follow international travel guidance published by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

If providing proof of vaccination, we will accept an official record of approved COVID-19 vaccinations issued by the national health authority of the country where it was administered.

If providing proof of a negative COVID-19 test, you need to provide proof of a certified negative COVID-19 test result from an acceptable test administered within 72 hours prior to arriving at the event. Examples of available acceptable COVID-19 tests include: reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP), transcription-mediated amplification (TMA), nicking enzyme amplification reaction (NEAR), and helicase-dependent amplification (HDA).


Will you accept record of a mixed (heterologous) regime of COVID-19 vaccinations if authorized or approved by the national health authority of the country where I got my vaccine?

Yes. If receiving two doses of different COVID-19 vaccine products is authorized or approved by the national health authority of the country where they are administered, we will still consider you fully vaccinated against COVID-19 14 days following your second dose in the 2-dose series.


Will food and beverage still be served during the conference?

Yes. We will follow health and safety precautions appropriate to the risk level at the time of the event.


How can I identify my comfort level for onsite interaction?

Upon arrival at the conference, you can self-select an identifier that will help communicate to other attendees what your level of comfort is regarding in-person interaction.


Where can I get tested for COVID-19 in Orlando?

Local testing resources can be accessed via the state of Florida's website.


What happens if someone tests positive for COVID-19 following SAP Concur Fusion?

Any infections detected after the event must be reported to the relevant health authority in the jurisdiction where it was detected. If a positive COVID-19 diagnosis is disclosed to SAP Concur, the project management team will be available to liaise and support any reasonable health authority contact tracing efforts.
