A 25-year veteran of the business software industry, Jim Lucier has served as President of SAP Concur since June 2019. In this role, he sets the vision and oversees its execution for the world’s leading provider of integrated travel, expense and invoice management services and solutions. Previously, he was SAP Concur’s Chief Revenue Officer (Americas) and global Chief Services Officer from 2017 to 2019.
Jim joined Concur in 2008 as Vice President for Business Development. In 2011 he became General Manager of the Federal Government Business Unit. His previous industry experience includes senior leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Xign, Etensity and Gnossos Software. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. He and his family live in McLean, Virginia.

Since the beginning of 2018, Pierre-Emmanuel Tetaz has been SAP Concur EMEA SVP & General Manager. Before that, he was Managing Director for the EMEA South region at SAP Concur. Previously he led Global Product Management & Strategy for Travel in order to fuel the growth of Concur Travel, the leading Online Booking Tool in the world.
Pierre-Emmanuel Tetaz joined Concur in 2009 through the acquisition of ETAP, the Cloud Expense Management software company he co-founded in 1999. After the acquisition, he was appointed Vice-President EMEA Business Development in charge of hiring a team and growing Concur’s indirect footprint in the region. During his entrepreneurial time with ETAP, Pierre-Emmanuel launched Ulysse Travel & Expenses, which became the leading Expense Management solution in France. In less than 10 years the company grew to over 80 employees and the Ulysse solution was used by more than half of the CAC 40 Index French companies. Before his time with ETAP, Pierre-Emmanuel began his career as an independent SAP Finance Consultant.
Pierre-Emmanuel holds an MBA from l’ESSEC (Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales) in Paris.

Rachel van der Merwe joined SAP Concur in 2012. She currently leads product marketing across EMEA North and Travel for EMEA to bring innovative solutions that meet the needs of the market. In her 7 years with SAP Concur, Rachel has held various roles leading market development across Asia Pacific and client and channel marketing for our Small to Midsized businesses (SMB) team. Prior to SAP Concur, Rachel worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) and holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Craig Liasi joined SAP Concur in 2010. He currently leads Product marketing for EMEA. He is responsible for promoting the portfolio of solutions that delivers Employee Spend management to Enterprise customers around the world. He has played an integral role to the rapid global expansion of SAP Concur across international markets. Throughout his time with SAP Concur, Craig has held leadership positions in Services and Product Management and is responsible for the creation and launch of new service and product offerings that have delivered continuous innovation to evolve the spend management industry. Prior to SAP Concur, he was responsible for running Payroll operations at a large UK retail organisation and played an integral role leading programs to deliver HR and Payroll transformational change.

Langguth has been managing Delivery Hero’s SAP solutions since 2016. He led the company’s transition to SAP S/4HANA (recently upgraded to 1809), SAP Ariba solutions, SAP Concur solutions, and SAP Analytics Cloud with various digital boardroom stories and multiple cloud platform services. Under his leadership, Delivery Hero won the SAP Innovation Award in 2019 with cloud platform workflow services.
