What is SAP Concur Fusion?

SAP Concur Fusion is the annual client conference that brings together the entire community of SAP Concur experts. It includes four full days of learning: best practices, hands-on training, networking, and new innovations. The conference offers a variety of educational opportunities, including: over 150 breakout sessions, discussion-led micro forums, daily keynotes, and interactive demos featuring SAP Concur experts, customers, and partners.

What is the recommended attire for the conference?

Business casual attire is suggested for all conference functions, with the exception of Thursday evening’s social event, which is casual. Meeting room temperatures are cool, and the Seattle climate can vary; we suggest you wear layered clothing for comfort and flexibility.

Will continuing education credits be available to attendees?

For Fusion 2018, we offered 17 sessions that have been approved by GBTA for GTP Recertification Credits. For a full list of approved sessions, please visit our session catalog and use the filter “GTP Recertification Credit”.

Will I have the opportunity to schedule a (45-min) one-on-one consulting session?

Yes. You can request a consulting session while registering for the conference. Consulting sessions are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, but we will try to accommodate all requests. During the consulting session, a SAP Concur expert will answer questions specific to your company’s solutions.

Will I have the opportunity to meet with the SAP Concur Customer Experience team?

Yes. The SAP Concur Customer Experience team will be at Fusion and would love to meet with you. This is your opportunity to share your feedback and help us learn how we can make your experience with SAP Concur even more effortless.
